​No. We lease by the bedspace! This means that if any roommates back out of their leases, it does not affect your monthly rate. 

Absolutely, we are a pet-friendly property! There are some restrictions that apply that can be addressed during the application process. ​

Our units are fully furnished so there's no need to bring the basics! You are welcome to bring any furniture of your own but be aware that we have nowhere to store the furniture placed in your unit, so we do not recommend it.  ​

We have both covered and uncovered parking spaces that can be reserved for a monthly fee! These are added as a rentable item in your application.

Covered parking: $100 monthly
​Uncovered parking: $95 monthly 

We do not provide short term leases. All leases are annual and line up with the beginning of university classes to reflect our largely student population. However, we do have an effective subleasing process for students that don't want to stay for their entire lease term! ​

​As you complete your application, you will be prompted to fill out a Student Profile. Once your lease is complete, you will be placed with the roommates that best match your profile in your floorplan!

You can absolutely self-qualify for a lease with us! If you do not have a guarantor, we ask that you pay a security deposit consisting of two months of your base installment. Having a guarantor negates the need for this deposit. ​

​Our mass move in day for the upcoming fall lease term is August 19th, 2025. This date is one week before the university classes begin!

We require that the first month's payment be made before move in day on 08/19/2025. This includes your base monthly installment and any parking or pet charges.  

​As renewal season begins, you will be sent a renewal offer that you can accept! At that time, you will be sent a renewal lease that you will need to sign to secure your spot for the next term. Renewal season begins about two months after move in and competitive rates won't last long!

Included utilities are internet and trash. Electric, water/sewer, and gas are charged separately through Conservice. These usage-based charges will show up where your rent is charged in your Resident Portal and are split evenly between roommates!

​Yes, you do need Renter's Insurance in order to move in, but you can decide whether you'd like to proceed with a third-party insurance or go through Assurant, affiliated with our properties. The requirements are as follows: 1. The policy must list at least $100,000 of personal liability insurance. 2. The name and correct address of the resident must be listed on the declarations page. The address must include the correct unit number as well. 3.The name and address of the required interested party must be listed on the declarations page. ​Our Fort Collins, CO student apartments are about a half mile from the Colorado State University campus. We are in a great location for those bringing bikes or choosing to walk to class!

At Union on Elizabeth Fort Collins, CO student apartments, the included furniture pieces are the bed frame/mattress, desk, chair, drawers, couch, two end tables, bar stools, and a media stand!
